Doris Cardio Ball # 4 "Dribble, throw and catch"

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9678)

Remember to keep the ball away from your face: Watch for your glasses. Always introduce foot work before adding the ball movements.

Keep your hands close to the ball when dribbling and ready to catch the ball when throwing the ball in the air. By the way, do not throw the ball to high in the air, you only have 4 counts to throw it up and catch it back. Gravity is taking your place...

Repeat on left side reversing everything. (Total of 32 counts)
