Sporty Spice's #3: Step, Kick and Jab

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9680)

This pattern is part kickboxing, part step, easy to teach and lots of fun! It is a step pattern with kickboxing moves added in. Use it to spice up your class sometime!

Level: beg/int
64 count self-reversing

* Instead of tapping down on count 4, turn that into a side kick to the front of the room. So, if it's a right lead turn, on count 4 you kick with the left leg to front of room. Then, that foot automatically comes back up for a left lead turn (no tap).

**Karate knee is just a plyometric knee. You hop up on the bench, knee up and pause. some people say "stick" the knee. You can also hope the abductor for added intensity.
