Thigh Buster

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9696)

This is a very simple combo that I use to finish my class off, or it can be used as a warm-up, depends on your intensity.

Have your students turn so their left shoulder faces the front wall. Their feet should be shoulder width apart, (just like when you do a squat). All you do is have them do is a right cross with a squat afterward.

Then substitute a right knee for the right cross

After 8 reps we switch

Finally I make it a bigger combo to finish them off.

After 6-8 reps you switch, and if their lucky you give them a water break.. If this is confusing email me....
