Jab It
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 9707)
Start participant out in pyramid stance right
foot forward
- Right arm quick jab 8 counts
- Left arm cross/power punch 8 counts
- Right elbow strike or hook 8 counts
- Right knee strike 4 counts
- *2 Jumping jacks 4 counts
Repeat on the other side.
* Use the jacks to switch sides. I cue it jumping jacks
left shoulder forward etc.
