Grapevine/Walk in a Box - Use the Floor!
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 9703)
- Grapevine right and walk up left lead (8)
- Lunge to side 4X (right leg back, left leg back, right
left) (8)
- Double-lunges 2X (right leg back, then left) (8)
- Power squat left 2X (8)
Then the other leg:
- Grapevine left and walk back right lead (8)
- Lunge to side 4X (left leg back, right,
left, right) (8)
- Double lunges 2X (left leg back, right)(8)
- Power squat right 2X (8)
You end up making a big box, I tell my participants to
exagerrate the moves and really use the floor. It's fast
and fun!
