Legs !!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9712)

Sit on the short end of the bench. Pull your right knee to your chest. Take a weight (not to heavy, 1 or 1,5 kilo should do it) and place it under the knee (this is hard for me to explain) as you squeeze your leg the weight must stay in place. This already works the hamstring.

Hands behind you on the bench and you are ready. The workout is as follows:

Lower your knee to the side and back. Be careful that the butt stays on the bench!

Then do the other side.

If your people get tired in the arms or neck then let them lay down on the step and continue.

Hope you understand! I did this in my class today, they loved it!
