Fun Weekend Routine

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9713)

Hi, all. I used this routine at two gyms last weekend, and it was very well received. Hope you like it!

*In between the first and second curl, cross behind and touch the floor with your toe (left toe if lead is right)

**I "stole" this move from a wonderful instructor who used to teach at my old gym. Assumes right lead. Step on bench with Right foot (1) lift left knee (2) step down with left foot (3), right foot crosses in front of left (4) left steps out to other side of right (5) squat (6) two hops back to side of bench (7, 8) then complete the L. **** This is pretty straightforward. Instead of a simple pivot straddle, add a double knee before you straddle down.
