Kick It Up & Out

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9717)

Here is a short combo you can add to any kickboxing class that will add a little variation and intensity!

Repeat starting with left - right - left - right front snaps. 2 left side kicks.

Get them going with this and pretty comfortable - then kick it up a notch - instead of the 2 slow side kicks - make it 4 quick side now you have
