The key to abs is in quality, not quantity...check these out!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 9725)

You may do right and left side crunches in same fashion. Key is to not "stick" to ground when you go down that means no breaks in between!!! Enjoy!

When you start getting used to them, try more reps in the beginning or even using a little free weight on you chest.
