Simple Warm-up for Step and Hi/Low

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 9736)

Hey I saw a request for a warm-up. This is a simple warm-up that I use.

The Goal:

The Break Down:



Combine "A" and "B"


Combine "A", "B", and "C" Then go to goal.

End with step touch and move onto static/rhythmic stretches.

I hope you can understand. This is a very simple but effective warm-up that I use for both step and hi/low.
