Super Shoulder

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9746)

I'm thinking I may have swiped this shoulder set from Turnstep, and if I did, I apologize for repeating. This is an awesome workout for your shoulders and my class screams during it - which just means they love it.

Start with arms on your quads, palms parallel to the floor. Lift the arms up and down 8x to the height of your shoulders. Hold the last lift up, shoulder height. From here, lift the arms 8x to make a field goal post with your arms (think 'stick em up'). Again, hold the last lift in the up position. From here, do 8 shoulder presses dropping all the way down after #8. You can do single lifts to the front for a quick breather then start it all over again with just 4 lifts, then quick breather and 2 lifts. It's awesome, and if I 'stole' it from you, I apologize!!
