Deltoid Burner

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9748)

I'm glad to see that instructors are finally submitting more Boxaerobics patterns to this site. I have really gotten some good ideas and appreciate everyone's contributions. Here's mine:

Stance is right shoulder forward, left shoulder back

A)

B)

(Put the jab in Part "A" and the block in Part "B" together)

It becomes:

A+B:

C)

(Put the jab in Part "A" and the hook in Part "B" together)

It becomes:

A+C:

D)

(Put the jab in Part "A" and the upper cut in Part "B" together)

It becomes:

A+D:

You can finish with speed bag arm right and have them face front. This will really burn the arm and get them ready for the left side.

Do entire pattern with the left arm.

**Jab-Jab (counts 1-4) to left corner, then Jab-Jab (counts 5-8) to the right corner)
