Bikini chests and arms!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9752)

I use this for my hi/lo aerobics class, as well as my step class. They grumble and groan...but they all agree it is extremely effective. Starting with 3 to 5 pound dumbbells, both arms resting at your side...

We do this motion for 8 sets.

8 sets of military presses (four counts)

8 sets of simply bringing both arms from shoulder height to chest and back down. (four counts)

8 sets of military presses (four counts)

and FINALLY!!!!!...eight reps of the first movement.

I love Janet Jackson music for this routine.
