Jo-Jo's KB Warm-Up

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9763)

This is a great warmup!

(repeat to the left)

After several sets of these, your student's legs will be very warmed up to stretch for kicking!

I usually incorporate an upper body warm-up as well with some slow punching, torso twists, slow pushups, and overhead arm reaches. Feel free to email me with any questions!
