Nothing Fancy

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9773)

#1 (32 count)

(I add punches for extra intensity with all the lunges)

#2 (32 count)

(arms with pony are either over head alternating right and left or forward alternating right and left in a swim style)

*I substitute for advanced the last 16 counts of combo #2: Right 3 taps(front/side/back), knee lift, right A-step, left 3 taps, (front/side/back) knee lift, left A-step.

#3 (16x2=32 count)


*Change to: hustle up with 2 jacks, hustle back with 2 jacks

*Change to: 2 hops forward with 2 jacks, 2 hops forward with 2 jacks (I begin cueing as march 4, tap right, tap left. Then I add direction taking it forward, tap right, tap left, taking it back tap right, tap left, etc etc.) :-)

I know it's not fancy or ground breaking, but it gets us all sweaty and having a great time!
