Hello Everyone! This will livin up your class, they will have lots of fun doing it and at the same time get a work out. Have participants make a line. Then put their left hand on the right shoulder of the person in front of them. The lead person will start off in a slow jog and the participants will follow. The lead person will lead them around in the shallow end of water jogging around the pool in a centipede fashion (trying not to break the line);Making alot of curves and turns and picking up tempo...After a good momentum tell them to reverse (they will have to turn around and touch the persons shoulder behind them...and continue with the centipede. Continue to reverse them after a good momentum has been obtained. This is loads of fun. Give it a try...!
