Zorro lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9784)

Regular lunges can get boring so this is a nice variety:

Stand with heels together, toes pointing out, a plie' position. With right leg, step out in a diagonal line to the right and forward as though "fencing" (on guard!) then drag the right leg back to beginning with the ball of the right foot dragging along the floor for extra resistance (I use dumbbels on the shoulders for extra resistance.) Heels together again, switch to left leg: step out diagonally forward to the left and drag left leg back (ball ofleft foot on the floor the whole way), heels together again.

I like to insert a plie' in between each legs, keeping heels down and squeezing inner thighs together on the way back up. Hope this make sense.
