Carmela loves Front kicks
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 9786)
This is a 16-count cardio kickbox pattern
Your right foot is forward and left foot back.
- Double jabs right (1,2)
- Double jabs left (3,4)
- 1 Hook right (5,6)
- Alternate with 1 front knee up left (7,8), front kick
right (8,7), front knee up left (6,5) and front kick
right (4,3)
- Move left foot back into starting position and pause
for 2 counts (2,1)
Do this for eight sets and do 8 jumping jacks and switch to
the other side for another 8 sets. Cue with "2 jabs, 2 jabs,
hook, knee up, front kick, knee up, front kick and hold".
