This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9786)

This is a 16-count cardio kickbox pattern
Your right foot is forward and left foot back.

Do this for eight sets and do 8 jumping jacks and switch to the other side for another 8 sets. Cue with "2 jabs, 2 jabs, hook, knee up, front kick, knee up, front kick and hold".
