Strength training moves

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9795)

Here are different moves if your bored with the ones you've been using. Hope you enjoy them!!!:)

1. Standing-feet little bit wider then shoulder length apart bending from the hips (not the back) place the palm of your hands on the floor. Nice and easy walk your hands out.(4 counts)

You should be in a neutral position. Your behind should not be in the air. You are in a push up position with your feet still at a wide stance. Do 5 push ups and nice and easy walk your hands back in to where started. (4 counts)

You can incorporate this with your floor work.
