Noodle moves for Karen

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9402)

I teach an aqua class and we use water dumbbells but I'm sure you could use the same moves with the noodles.

Another variation for bicycle, big step, and scissors is to do them at a normal pace for 30 seconds or so then do them as fast as you can for 30-60 seconds and alternate several times.
