New Body Step I

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9406)

Using Step (1 level lower than normal because you are going to sweat tremendously) and hand weights (3 pounds worked great for us). I stole this one from another site, but my class loved it so much that I can't wait to share it with you. I changed it a bit to suit my habits. Using simple steps (for safety) and powerful arms (for intensity). Leading right until otherwise mentioned.
