Physical Torture

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9421)

Stand with your back to a wall

With legs hip distance apart bend your knees and go up on your toes.(Do Not let your feet touch the wall)

Bend your arms out at a 45 degree angle

Hold this position for 60 seconds (Beginners for 30 seconds)

If anyone feels severe discomfort in their legs or arms, just let them rest for 15 seconds or how much time is needed.
