Step Up & Jam!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9428)

Step is horizontal; all combos right-leading and self-reversing.

Combo 1:

**Knee up & back=step knee (8,7), walk walk backwards & step knee lift left (6,5,4,3), walk 2 steps back to step (2,1).

**Pump squat=Right foot on step, left foot on floor at left end...squat fast 2X (8,7,6,5), then go down to squat and push off the floor to exit home (4,3,2,1).

**Tictoc=2 versions...(1) do first abduction lift (8,7), switch legs on step, with each leg taking turns side to side (6,5,4,3), exit right/left (2,1) OR (2) do two single abductions, holding right leg up in the air on the second one (8,7,6,5), switch legs on step 2x, ending with right leg out again (4,3), exit right/left (2,1). SOOOO you have 3 options for beginner, intermediate and advanced.
