Jumpin' kicks and punches

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9439)

I normally start with a warm-up and stretch. Then, I let them warm-up even more with jump roping for 2 minutes after the stretch. This has them perspiring a little, to say the least.

Then, I move into an easy combination that allows the participants to feel comfortable and ready to move. I normally have them turn to the four walls (both right and left)

(A)

*Repeat with left lead and move left to all 4 walls

(B)

Break down and add...

Repeat with left lead (turn left to walls)

(C)

** They are begging to stop (they love it)

(D)

Target gloves...

*Build back up to 32 counts and Switch (person who was wearing target gloves, now should be punching)
