Thursday Hi/Lo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9443)

Combo A

Combo B

Repeat all left leg lead (32)

Combo C

Combo D

Combo E

Combo F

Combo B & D
When repeating on left leg lead can turn grapevine to right wall. Walks can change to jogs & side taps to jacks. Bicep curls on lunges.

Combo A,C,D & F
Three can be cut in half e.g. with A, can do step touch x 2 then mambo & cha cha cha x 2 (16) and repeat (16) etc. etc.

Also can do same with Combo E, obviously will be on other leg sometimes but it should work that always start next combo on right leg.

Scoop arms with shuffles.
Reach up & pull down with step knee lift repeater.

That's about it then! You can play around with arm movements and directional changes.
