Rotation Challenge

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 9455)

Partner up your class. You may participate if needed. Each participant will do 20 rotations (one full pedal stroke) as fast as posible and when finished yell "go" to their partner, who in turn will do 20 rotations and then yell "go" back to the other person, who will repeat, etc. Repeat this 3 times each person for a total of 60 rotations per person. When the team is finished they turn up resistance and stand and jog slowly, so I know they are done. Wait for all participants to be standing and repeat drill 3 full times with the standing jog between each set. I occasionaly make this a fun competition and give out Starbucks coupons to the winning team!

It's hard work, but fun!
