Get 'em movin' with this !!!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9462)

Hello everyone, I hope you have fun with this. You'll discover that if you try these patterns that it is meant for a more advaced group. I break the patterns up slowly, then put it all together into one big, non-stop pattern. I do the whole thing 4 times on each side.

Pattern 1- (Facing side of room)

Pattern 2-

Put both pattern 1&2 together, and make it one big one. After I do each pattern a total of 8 times, I put them both together and do each side 4 more times! They'll be sweating for sure, and they'll love every minute of it!!!! It doesn't sound tough, but once you get into it, you'll see that it's a great routine. I teach this at about 145 BPM so we're really movin!
