Kick It With Kerry !!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9473)

Hi everyone!!! Here is a BoxAerobic routine. Now this is more of "Hi/Lo" with Box Aerobics incorporated. Give it a try.



(B.) left arm lead:

Repeat leading left leg with step kick



(B.) Keep legs wide: Arms go with beat

Repeat leading left leg

**Step Kick back: Leading right leg. Count 1- Step right foot forward. Count 2 kick left leg back. Count 3 left leg returns to floor. Count 4 right foot taps floor, it is slightly in front of left leg. You can start this move with a step touch forward and back. You will repeat this move for counts 5-12.

Try one or both combos in addition to your regular routine. Let me know how they work for you and your class. Just remember to build up the combo.
