Ultra Step

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9466)

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to my creativity!!
Horizontal step
This combination can also be adapted to a vertical step.
Think tapless when doing this routine, there are no taps with exception to the power plyometrics.

Block 1

*NOTE: From the repeater around the end, have the class take the repeater all the way around to the opposite corner to allow the step-n-squats to be off the end of the bench. This is a lot more advanced because they have further to go. I just remind my class of this every time.

Block 2

*NOTE: This can be broken down by teaching the pop out and walk without the pop out. Also keep the basics to the front to teach the knee walk back. The knee walk back can be broken down to 2 travel knees for those who don't like mambos and shuffles.

Block 3 (this one is tons of fun!)

*NOTE: Walk the curb is a move I got from a workshop, I hope everyone knows what it is. It can be broken down into 2 mambos. Reverse split basic is an over rover, two alternating lunges and exit.
