This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9469)

Facing North

(If you choice the HIGH impact version of this first 32, bring it into the main body of the routine after 10 minutes or so)


Hi Impact Version

Starting on the right.

First 32

Low Impact Version

First 32 low impact

*open jack right (you may also know this as "low impact jacks") tap right as you open both arms/elbows bent at a right angle (90 degrees) (pec deck arms) step back in to center as you close your arms.

Do the opposite for left open jack.

Travel the angle with double knees

(low impact)

Make this high by changing walk to run with pumping overhead arms.
