Burning legs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9507)

Get your people to stand with their back against the wall, feet a little wider than the hips. Lower till the hips are the same hight as the knees, hand on the leg. Now we are ready to start!

Then repeat the combination but with your hands above your head. This is realy harder because you cannot lean on the legs!

You get to work on the inside of your legs as well as the quadriceps.

Hope you understand, this is the first time I submit a body sculpting excercise and it is a lot more difficult to explain what you mean than a step or hi/low workout!!
