Noodle Circuit

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9511)

My club has many noodles of various colors, for example Red, Yellow, Green. I grab a bunch and toss them into the water. Everyone takes one. I ask all:

I instruct the red to begin cross country ski in place, the yellow begin jacks in place and the green hold the noodle in the middle and push down with a bicep/tricep move. Everyone is now doing their move

I think of this as a "row, row, row your boat" with noodles. :) It is a good workout which includes cardio and strength. You be the judge on the count.

I use this as an end to our class but before the cool down..
