This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9515)

Thanks so much for all the email! I love hearing from people that are using my combos! I hope that your classes like this one as much as mine did!

All combos are 32 counts and self-reversing
Bench is horizontal

Combo 1:

Repeat left lead

Combo 2:

Repeat left lead

Combo 3:

Repeat left lead

Combo 4:

Repeat left lead

Combo 5:

**I call a split lunge when you go on the bench, do two back lunges, then exit.

**Travel squats are when you do a squat using the bench on counts 1,2-step on top of the bench on counts 3,4- opposite leg squats on the other side of the bench on counts 5,6- exit to that side on counts 7,8.

**Split step is when you do a basic up/up on counts 1,2- right leg goes off the front of the bench on count 3- left leg goes off the back of the bench on count 4- right leg goes on the bench on count 5- left knee comes up on count 6- exit on count 7,8. This changes your leading foot.
