ABC Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9523)

First I would like to say, as many do, this site has been a large help to me and I feel that is now my turn to give back!

I do this ab exercise in my Thursday morning MID RIP class - they love and hate me all at the same time!!!

1. Lying supine, hands on either side of butt, straighten legs and lift them approximately 3 inches off the floor. Keeping feet low to ground, write out the entire ABC's in the air. This is slow and controlled and may not be to beat.

2. Lying supine, hands on either side of butt, straighten legs. Lift feet off ground a few inches and hold for at least 5 seconds, then raise them a little more and hold for at least 5 seconds, and then lift a little more and hold for at least 5 seconds, then drop down a little, hold, drop lower, hold, drop legs to floor. (so it's up,up,up, down,down,down) I usually do two sets of this!
