Cardio Box Boost

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9535)

I call it like this:

We are alternating front jabs, then I call to hold the right jab as we turn our right shoulder to the front of the room. We continue jabbing. I call the jab then call the cross jab. We go for 4 jabs, 4 cross jabs. We move to 3 jabs 1 cross. 3 jabs, 1 cross until eveyone is used to it. Then we move with it. 3 jabs moving up, one cross and a count of 4 shufflling back. I show many variations of moving back if someone is wanting low impact.

Repeat left lead.
