BB's Advanced Tapless Combo

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9551)

Here is one of my current favorites. I first show the basic form for those who are not up to the high intensity alternatives, that way everyone can get their best workout! Bench is horizontal. Self-reversing.

HOP SWING OVER: Step up on bench with right foot (1), hop while swinging left leg in back of right (2), step down on floor with left foot on north side of bench (3), step down on floor with right foot on north side of bench (4).

SHUFFLE OVER: Double time move. Step up on bench with right foot (1), step up left on bench while lifting right foot (and), step down on north side of bench with right foot while lifting left foot (2), pause (and). Repeat this move 4 times (8 counts).

DIAGONAL HOP: Just like it sounds. Step up on bench with right foot (1), and hop forward in a diagonal direction swinging left leg gracefully as you go, of course, (2), and step down left and right at northwest corner. Switch leads to come back.

REBOUND: I cue this: "diagonal, lunge, back, jack." Up right and left as in regular diagonal (1,2), lunge right TOES to floor at northwest corner (3), return right foot to bench (4), step down left and right to floor at southeast corner (5,6), jack (7,8). I try to encourage everyone to make this a LONG move, making sure they are really going corner to corner and bringing the jack back to clear the end of the bench! Have fun!
