Movin' cha cha

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9563)

This is a really fun tapless number.

Facing north. step is horizontal. Right lead.

Now you can do the other side or you can combine with the following

Now you're all set up to do the other side

* This is exactly what it sounds like...
you are facing east
step up with your left foot
hook behind you (clock wise) with your right foot and straddle down right left now facing west

** Put your right foot on the west side of the bench and you left on the east side... facing south exit normal right left

*** Basically walk in a circle for four counts moving to the side of the bench

**** Right foot up, left foot joins
tap out right and tap down left
again tap out right, tap down left
you should end up with both feet on the step
this is ten counts and I usually count it out the first couple times

*****Ham curls on bench right left right exit left right

I hope this isn't too confusing. I like it because its hard both mentally and physically, and you really move around the step.

Tell your students that it's tapless, so just always use the foot that is free.

Let me know how you like it!!
