Double or Nothing

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8788)

Have everyone form a circle, pick a place to start, Have that person pick an evercise he or she likes. Do eight-reps and go to the next person, have them do the same. Do eight-reps and go back to the first person and do eight. Repeat the second one again, add the third,...etc. If the exercise is mention again, then double the reps. Go all around the circle. If the class is small you can go around several times. You have to remember in which order the exercises came. They may make up an exercise, if they wish to do so. Every one will be doing the exercises together. This is an example:

This is a very advanced workout, but reps can always be changed to fit a low level class, with rest time in between. It's fun trying to remember the order and exercises, already been used. Takes up all your class time, if you wish to do so. If using for warm-up just start slow and advance as you go.
