This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8789)

For this pattern we use the large liquid bleach or fabric softener plastic bottles for the whole aerobic session.

I find that using the bottles in the aerobic session gives the arms as well as legs a really good workout, plus the bottles provide stability and also are kind on the joints as when you hop you push the bottles under the water taking the weight off your knees and ankles. If your participants are at ease in the water and you have the room you can also incorporate layback flutter kicks, scissor kicks and abdominal crunches into the aerobic workout.
