Warm up on and around the step with Di

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8796)

Your bench should be oriented horizontally. Begin leading right. This pattern is self-reversing, so you will do it first leading right, then leading left.


"The L": As you are doing the first ham curl, with your left leg curled up, pivot on your right foot to face the right wall. Straddle the bench and do the second curl. As you do the third curl, pivot to face front again, then do the last curl.

(Another option is to do the curls "around the bench," going all the way around in a circle.)

Z-step: Do the first two step-touches on top of the bench, the second two on the floor.
