Tricep Strengthener!!!

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 8801)

This exercise uses a stability ball and a step.

First sit on the middle of the step and position hands on step next to your hips and keep elbows in tight to your body.

Then place both legs on ball either under calves or under heels to make it more difficult.

Raise your seat off the step and lower your body straight down but don't allow your seat to touch the floor.

Then squeeze triceps and press yourself up straightening arms.

This is a variation of a tricep dip. You can add weight to your lap for added resistance.
