MM's keep'em moving

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8807)

Hi this is my first. I love this site and thank all that have contributed. You have helped me soo many times, and here's my thanks. I hope you like it.

Step is horizontal

Right lead

32 count self-reversing

*Hamstrings are done on the short end of the step.

32 count self-reversing

** step on the bench knee up step off the bench and kick.

32 count self-reversing

*** Turn so that you are facing the right wall and trudge on the bench in front back on bench and behind. (I hope you can follow this)

32 count self-reversing

**** double knee walk back around to the other side of the bench...
