V. Anna's amazing low impact no-brainer sweatie

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8821)

This is an awesome low impact class that is going to make your participants sweat and scream with pleasure :-) Excellent for both advanced and beginner levels.

Joanne E., thanks for the inspiration!!! I have stolen/borrowed some combos from you, and also from Indie at Elmhurst, and maybe from others too, but I cannot remember. This is an awesome no-brainer for participants who hate choreography - and OMG, 90% of my participants fall into that category!

Warmup combo (thanks, Indie): 32 counts

Cardio Combo 1:

(same as warmup combo, but no need to break it down)

Cardio Combo 2: 4x32 counts

(now turn right and repeat it to the side of the room, then to the back of the room, then to the other side of the room)

Cardio Combo 3 (thanks, Joanne): 32 counts

Repeat left

Cardio Combo 4 (thanks, Indie): 64 counts

Cardio Combo 5 (thanks, everybody, Joanne, Judy, etc.): 6x32 counts

Cool-down and strength Combo 1: 19x32

Cool down and strength Combo 2:

(stretch when finished)

Cool down and strength Combo 3:

Abdominals - lie on your back, knees up, heels on floor

(stretch when finished)

Cool down and strength Combo 4:

Superwoman/superman = Back - lie on your stomach

(stretch when finished)

Final stretch (usual leg and upper body stretch)
