Step Your HR Up

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8823)

The step is horizontal
You are facing east with your left foot next to step






You are back where you started


Pattern #3

* Hop V-step is just a hop with the lead foot on the first count of the V-step

** Power V-step: Jump up wide on step (legs spread) (1) then jump legs together on step (2), right leg steps down off step (3) and left leg steps down off step (4)

Pattern #4

* Box step: Make a rectangle on/off the step. Step up on 1-2, step across to near the end of bench on 3, add other foot on 4, step down on 5-6 step across floor to in front of other end of bench on 7, add other foot on 8.
