This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 8838)
- Jab right/ reverse punch left/ right jab/ 1) duck (4)
- Jab right/ reverse left/right jab/ 2) knee raise (4)
- Jab right/ reverse left/right jab/ 3) side kick or
roundhouse (4)
- Jab right/ reverse left/right jab/ 4) knee (4)
- 5) move it corner to corner eg:
jab right/reverse left/right jab/hop back/repeat
punches/hop forward (8), and of course move it to the
other side.
Very strong feeling combo and of course to kick it up a
notch the lower you go down the more you have to work to hop
to the other side.
