You are starting on step A in front
- 1/2 Basic up (now you are on top of the bench) (2 counts)
- 2 Alternate lunges back (right then left) (4 counts)
- 1/2 Basic down, you are on the floor now (2 counts)
- L-step right lead on left end (4 counts)
- 1 Across the top (right lead) (4 counts)
- 1 Squat to the right side in between step A
and B (4 counts)
- 2 Across the top on step B (right,left) (8 counts)
- L-step back to front of step B (from left end) (4
counts)
Repeat from start on step B and you will end in starting
position of step A
