Tree Frogs

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8899)

This is a great move for the arms, thighs, and abs. I usually start with a wide-knee jog. Cue the group to really press their knees out there VERY wide. Cue abs tight and back erect. Once they have got that down, add the arms - same elbow to same knee. Now you are beginning to feel like a tree frog!
