Butt Kicker

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8904)

(For the hop-squat, be in a deep squat stance and hop forward (like leap-frog) 4 times. Then when you jack it back your legs are already out for the first count, so you jack it back 4 times)

Repeat this move twice to make the full 32 counts

4 Jack combo (32) (heel jack--heel jack--half jack--full jack) (Try to squat a little deeper on the full jack before you jump up to bring your feet together)

(For the squat and leg lift-----> while you're down in the squat position, lift the corresponding leg while you squat. Imagine a "dog and fire hydrant" senario.)

This one definitely works the butt and thighs. It's a good change of pace and really tones those problem areas for swim suit season! Have fun and kick butt!
