!ntense!! AeroBox Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8920)

This sets you up to repeat on the other side. (8)

This combo can be built very slowly without becoming boring or repetitive. Begin with shuffle forward 4 and back 4. Next add the punches, then the knee smash (pulling the hands down as if smashing something over your knee). When the class feels comfortable with that add the squat/step/kick/together, then the plyometric squat, and finally the jacks.

This is a VERY intense pattern if done correctly. By the time you teach it and repeat it a couple of times, they'll by screaming for air. I didn't teach it all at once. I taught it over several different classes because it is so intense and somewhat complicated.
