This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8931)

Combo 1

**I usually turn the calf raises, facing the next wall and move the pattern around the room. Or you can repeat from the left lead.

Combo 2

Repeat if wanted

Combo 3

Can repeat, starting with left Jog.

The above are simple, I am a new instructor and like easy steps to remember! Thank you to all, the site has really increased my "library" of steps!! I would love the hear any comments you would have.
